DATA & PURPOSE

Only data needed for the interaction.

• Name, company, country, business e-mail, product interest and message when you prepare an inquiry
• For the soil-analysis service: name, e-mail, telephone, field and crop context, laboratory values, the generated report and any PDF or image you choose to attach
• Language and consent preferences stored on your device
• Technical request and server-log data such as IP, browser, date and requested page
• Optional usage and session data only after analytics consent

COLLECTION & BASIS

Different processing activities use different grounds.

General inquiry data is prepared in your own e-mail application. Soil-analysis submissions are stored in the site service so the requested report can be generated, displayed and followed up technically. AI processing of submitted values or documents occurs only after the separate acknowledgement shown in that workflow.

Necessary preferences support the requested website service. Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity is loaded only after a separate analytics choice; refusal does not restrict access to the site.

RECIPIENTS & TRANSFERS

Service providers receive only what their role requires.

Website hosting and security providers may process technical logs and securely store soil-analysis records or attachments. When you accept AI-assisted extraction or interpretation, the selected AI service provider processes the submitted analysis content for that request. E-mail providers process correspondence. If you accept optional analytics, Google and/or Microsoft may process pseudonymous usage data under their terms, including cross-border processing.

RETENTION & SECURITY

Keep data only as long as the purpose or law requires.

Commercial correspondence and soil-analysis records are retained only for the period needed to deliver the report, provide the requested technical follow-up and meet applicable limitation, accounting or legal duties. They are then deleted, anonymised or archived under controlled access. Uploaded documents are not published. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are applied.

Ask, correct, object, restrict or delete where applicable.
