QUALITY & ANALYSIS

Batch evidence before product claims.

MetraHum links every declared value to a method, test basis, product form and traceable batch record.

Laboratory control of humic product samples

QUALITY PRINCIPLE

A percentage is meaningful only when the method is known.

Humic products can look similar on a label and behave differently in water, a tank or soil. We therefore read humic and fulvic results together with dry-matter basis, moisture, ash, pH, potassium, solubility and insoluble residue.

SOURCE CONTROL

Know the mineral before formulating it.

  • Source identity and representative sampling
  • Moisture, ash and organic-matter profile
  • Contaminant and heavy-metal review by market need

FORM CONTROL

Test the property that governs field use.

  • Particle or granule-size distribution
  • Solubility, dispersion and insoluble residue
  • Density, pH and suspension behaviour for liquids

RELEASE CONTROL

Keep the evidence with the batch.

  • Batch code and retained sample
  • Certificate of analysis based on approved specification
  • TDS, SDS and market-specific label set
